Richard received his BBA from North Georgia Military College in 1992, where he was a member of the Non- Commissioned Officers Academy and attended Officer Candidate School. He has been in the financial industry since 1993. Richard has served in various positions on a number of boards, including Raymond James Retirement Solutions Advisory Board, secretary of the NEGA Red Cross, Financial Committee Chairman and Vice Chairman of Deacons for Ebenezer Baptist Church, and VP of Gainesville’s Estate Planning Council (chartered member of NAEPC). An active community volunteer, he has participated with SOAR high angle rescue team, the NSP, the IMBA and FCA.
